55 Park Street (Projects in Construction)

55 Park Street -- Fusco Corporation from New Haven is developing an $80 million, 150,000 s.f. medical lab/office facility adjacent to the new Smilow Cancer Center. The LEED Silver building will have street level retail and a three-story atrium. Construction is underway and slated for completion in Winter 2010. Located within the Route 34 Corridor Right of Way, the new building will serve as a pedestrian-friendly connection between the Hospital complex and the Dwight Neighborhood.
